One ladder that takes a support away at a time. Each level asks the same length twice: first tap along with the click, then hold that pulse through silence and land the beat it stops on. Clear both to move up. Lengths run 4, 8, 12, 16 beats — and past the top there is no click at all: you are given a tempo and must produce it from memory, for as long as your lives last. Three mistakes end the run.
